We have been providing technical and project management services since 1981, to a diverse client base ranging from regional family owned business to Fortune 500 corporations. Our geographic scope has been from Maine to Michigan, both on location and by remote workspace.

As projects have grown and the technology services provided to business owners become more complex, it is apparent that the owner is not always aware of the effort involved, or the quality of the services delivered as part of a vendor solution. Increasingly more businesses are dissatisfied with the service provided, surprised at the additional costs or the never ending delays and issues during the installation.

Small Business Management Systems Inc. will act as a representative of the client, working with the service provider and the client’s staff to create a realistic project plan, effective milestone, and clearly defined deliverables that are acceptable to both the client and the service provider. Project size and scope is one of the criteria for projecting the cost of service, however the size of the business operation is not a limiting factor to offering the same quality and attention to detail.

We will follow the project from its inception to completion scheduling progress meetings, realigning direction, and working with the client and vendor to insure that unexpected issues or changes are properly implemented.
